A little disorganized, got msg apt at 11 a.m then nobody then call to make sure we were home. Nice tech. But expensive. I had to go to Acehardware for a larger cell ring.

Michael was so friendly, patient, and great with our talkative toddler too! Highly recommend!

Water heater went out on a Sunday night. KMP was on it the next day. Steve and James were the ones sent to do the work. Upon arrival they discovered the new water heater had some dents. Not big ones but dents nonetheless. He asked if they could take it back and get another new one. I absolutely didn’t mind because I want it to be done correctly with no more issues. They ‘easily’ could have installed what they had, but they didn’t want to gamble. In this day, it is hard and rare to deal with those who possess integrity, are knowledgeable, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend KMP for your plumbing issues. Great five star job!!!

Daylon was on time, polite, attention to cleanliness. He was dog friendly. He went above and beyond to try to troubleshoot my low water pressure and advised to not service the hot water heater as this was not the problem, saving me money.

Revisited our instant hot water pump to trouble shoot getting quicker results for hot water. He sorted out some issues, we are tested the system out for a week and then reported back to him

I'm always hesitant to have home repairs done, especially plumbing, because I never know what type of service I will get, how long it will take, or how much it will cost. Well, the experience with KMP Plumbing has cured my hesitancy. I called them late Wednesday afternoon. Henry, the plumber, was out by 10:00 Thursday morning to review the needed repairs of replacing a kitchen sink and repairing the facet leaks for the kitchen and the master bath sinks. He gave me the quote with a scheduled return of Friday morning to do the work. Henry was back out at 11:00 Friday morning and had all three jobs completed by 1:30 PM. His attention to detail and explanation of everything he did as he worked and the efficiency that he did the work was refreshing; not to mention his pleasant, happy demeanor. All of that was certainly worth the reasonable cost of the service.

It was very easy to schedule service and our technician was on the early side of the arrival window. I explained the problems and he gave a quote up front. Great service, very professional. Will definitely use KMP again in the future.

KMP did an excellent job putting a gas line in for my fireplace. From the time I called to completion of the job was a very pleasant experience. Duffy was very helpful and explained everything. I can’t say enough about how professional the employees are in the office and in the field. I had to have two propane tanks installed and was worried about the appearance of them. They made it look very nice! I was impressed with this company and their customer service! I will definitely call them if I ever need anything else and highly recommend KMP!
