I’ve been a customer of Wright A/C for many years. Today, Richard Sullivan came to my home to perform a Spring check up of my A/C units. I told him about a “funny” noise one of the units was making and he fixed it on the spot. He showed me how to clean drain lines using bleach. I’m now ready for the cooling season and he made me feel confident about my systems. I highly recommend this company for your residential A/C needs.

4th of July morning my heater goes out. Without hesitation Willie is here to save the day. Learned so much about my system and answered all my stupid questions. Thanks again Willie, you have the best service and pricing!!! Will keep using you for all my homes!!!

Eric is a true professional. He explained in detail the issues with the 20 year old systems problems. We had use Wright a couple of years ago and they were professional then as well.
We would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

The Wright HVAC folks have taken care of us now for 2 years & we couldn't be happier! Ashley, at the office, is friendly, caring & always works hard to get us taken care of...especially when we've had AC issues.
And Richard has been such a blessing & somewhat of an "HVAC Superhero" for us. He arrives on the scene when we're in desperate need of cool air, figures out & repairs the problem THE FIRST TIME!

Nathan V. is the service technician that came out today and he was fantastic. He was completely thorough with his inspection to make sure he made the correct diagnosis of my system. He made sure that he found the problem so that he can perform the appropriate repair and not have to come out a second time due to a incorrect diagnosis. I have been using The Wright Heating and Air for a few years and I couldn’t be happier.

Richard at Wright AC was extremely professional, took care of the maintenance in a timely manner and was thorough in explaining the service and answering all of my questions. I also asked him how my units could push more air across an 80ft room. He took video, sent it to his expert and within minutes Rodney called to explain options, I couldn’t believe it. Customer service gets an A+

Richard was here yesterday for our Spring maintenance and did a wonderful job as usual. I so appreciate the reminder calls to schedule our service. We are always happy with our service from Wright's!

The tech was nice. It’s just the overall issues we have had with this brand new AC since we moved here. And now that we are not under warranty, they have found the problem. All this time with cooling issues and now, 800 later. So only the part is covered not the rest which is labor and refrigerant .. just seems crazy that this was just found and he even acknowledged that he had spoke to Rodney and they had been out several times for issues. After reading some of the reviews, I’m questioning the everything about them!

This is an awesome, dependable company with great customer service. Eric Borkowski goes beyond service to help this senior citizen replace filters so I don't have to climb a ladder to do so myself. I am always grateful for that favor. Eric is also personable and answers all my questions to guide me in decisions that need to be made.

April 2023, going on 5 years having my A/C & Heating service done by Wright. I sign up for the yearly inspection of my A/C & Heating and they provide great service. Richard came out today and while inspecting the outside unit he came upon a wasp nest inside unit and took care of it for me.
