The technician responded quickly to the issue at hand. Was able to find the issue and resolve the issue within an hour of being on property. Highly recommended and will use again in future.

Found Wright on Google search because we needed service fast and any other connections we had couldn't come out on such short notice. They came same day and replaced one of our unit's capacitors. And for half the cost of what a service call would have been with who we were using previously. I'll be calling Wright from now on when we need service and recommending them. I'm glad I took the chance!

The company that our builder had used went out of business and is now using The Wright AC & Heating Co for all warranty work. They called me and got us on the schedule! I also got a text when they were on their way. They fixed our problem quickly and got our system back up and running!

We texted Wright a/c at 9:30 pm and got a call at 7:30 am the next morning. Eric came at noon the same day to look at our a/c system. Very,very thorough and professional. Checked the entire system inside and out. As it turned out it did not need a repair (long story as to why) so only a service call was charged. No needless repair from these this company which I cannot say of another local company that had tried to replace the entire system on another one of our units until we called WRIGHT on that issue. Wright only fixed what was needed and literally saved us thousands. Highly recommend these folks!!

I called The Wright Air Comp. last week to service our units. They returned my call right a way and accommodated my schedule. They sent their service tech Eric to service our units and he did a great job. Besides the fact he was very professional and very friendly. After he was finished he shared pictures and suggestions of what my units were doing and what I needed to look out for during the hot months ahead. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend these guys and I already have them scheduled for another house next month.

Our AC shutoff during a big gathering at our home with the heat index reaching 108 outside. I called at 7:30 pm just hoping it wasn't too late to have a Technician come out and help us. The employee on the phone was so kind and reassured me we'd have a technician out that night. Nathan arrived just a couple of hours later, immediately found the problem and had our air up and running fast. He then gave us very helpful information about our system and what we should be preparing for before the next summer. We truly appreciated Nathan's knowledge and professionalism. When your AC goes down in Texas, especially in summer, you expect the worst. After calling around and getting nothing, I found Wright's on social media (Nextdoor). Called and spoke to Ashley and she got a technician scheduled the same day. Richard arrived promptly and got to work - found the problem, fixed it and did a quick once over of our unit. Service was excellent, prices were good. A local, family owned business I can recommend. A+

The technician for Wright Heating and Air Conditioning was very knowledgeable and he got our heating system up and running in no time at all. I highly recommend this company for all AC and heating services.
