Called The Wright AC Co for a summer time check on our system. With the temperatures as high as they are, my bride and I, along with our little doggy, wanted to make sure our system was running ok. Richard was our technician, he was also training a new person. Richard was very professional, he explained what he was going to check and then reported the results of his inspection. He also provided a few ideas for the next and upcoming service calls.

Richard Sullivan got to my place in 15 minutes. Figured out the issue immediately. And did a great job doing the A/C. I will definitely recommend him and Wright A/C and heating to my neighbors and my realtor.

I had an issue with my a/c coils dripping condensation outside of the drip pan and Richard corrected the issue and he answered all my questions. He also figured out why my drain line didn't have water coming out. It was a clog. Both were easy fixes. Richard was personable and put my mind at ease. I don't take that lightly and I appreciate it. After a different company installed my previous system incorrectly which caused a severe mold issue, it is good to know I made the right call when I hired Wright Air Conditioning. I appreciate being heard, as a woman, I am used to being disregarded and talked down to by contractors. I feel heard and I appreciate the excellent customer service by Wright Air Conditioning and their great employees like Richard!

Scheduled a service call/inspection to ensure our unit was running efficiently. Richard S. was our technician. He provided a thorough inspection, pointed out/fixed a few minor things. I’m naturally inquisitive and Richard had no issues taking the time explaining and showing me the system and what he was doing. Definitely gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. 100% would recommend!

Wright A/C came through. They scheduled me for the next day after first calling them. The most reasonably priced and communication was awesome! Ashley is the best at understanding and getting what you need. Alphonso and his crew were the best at getting my new A/C unit installed and worked without any breaks, as hot as it was!! If you need an A/C they are the one's to call!!

Richard is the best! Have a new build and the AC in the master bedroom was not working and Richard came in and figure it out quickly. I took the day off today for repairs to be done and he made sure he was able to get everything completed today and he did! Amazing service and explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Great experience and now I know who to call if we ever have an AC issue again. Eric B. is the best. I have financed and insured every type of contractor for 40 years. The first thing I look for is honesty, knowledge and trust. Eric B. has fit that bill from day one. It is the reason we asked for him personally. He has been to our house a few times to help keep our air conditioner alive. It is now at the end of its life and we are buying a new one through Wright with Eric’s help. We trust him to give us honest answers to our questions and is patient to ensure we understand all the work he is doing on our units. His professionalism is exemplary. He cares about his customers and makes them feel comfortable about repairs or buying a new unit. His response time to our needs and questions has been fantastic! If you need your air conditioner fixed or want a great price for a new one, you will not get better service from Eric B. and the Wright team!

I have been using Wrights A/C for over 20 years now and they have never disappointed me. Even when the bill is a major outlay I always feel confident that Willy and the rest of his team are so professional that they are giving me the best options. Today, Richard came because I was having an issue with my Thermostat. He turned up on time, was very succinct in explaining the problem, fixed the issue, cleaned up and left everything in great condition. As always, I remain very impressed.

Giving 5 stars for the technician Richard. He came in asked what issues we were having. Then started his work. He did a complete inspection of our month old . While troubleshooting he explained everything he was doing, why, and how it should work. I am an IT manager and this was great for me. He was able to pin point all of issues and resolve them. Great job Richard!
