Had a bad electric part.. the AC technical Brian.. Identify the problem in no time flat. He is the most professional and respectful tech I have ever met.. there was no B.S. talk on trying to get more add on cost.. If want great service at a fair price. . Go with Wright. . You won't go wrong!!!

The Wright A/C and Heating Co. is a top notch company with well trained technicians and employees. It’s hard to find a company these days that hold themselves to a higher standard but today that wasn’t the case. Wright’s technician provided me a service and went over and beyond to assure my 1 year system was installed and working to max efficiency. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough checking out my a/c and heating system. Richard Sullivan is always professional and efficient. He analyzes the problem and gives a variety of options for repair. While one is never happy to have ac issues ,one can always trust Wright AC and Richard for truthful and accurate repair. Thanks!

Called in at 12:04 for service and at 1:05 my system was back on and cooling the house. Richard was awesome very polite and problem solving focused. When the A/C quit working in my rental unit, my usual A/C guy was not available. I had reached out to The Wright Air Conditioning Co. Within a couple hours, the Technician was at the house and diagnosed issue quickly. The Technician was very professional, polite, and explaned everything clearly to my residents. All communication between myself and the office was spot one. I felt the fees were very reasonable. I would say Richard is now my guy when I need help again in the future. After having a new home built my brother was having issues with his a/c units. They were constantly freezing up, leaking, causing water damage, sheetrock and carpet damage.
We were so frustrated with this and the same a/c company would come out, charge him and fix the issue for about 2 weeks and it would happen all over again.
We started asking for recommendations from some of the builders in Blue Jack National and that’s when we got Eric B.‘s phone number from The Wright A/C and was he heaven sent, he came over and walked the whole house walked through the attic with both my brother and I and took pictures, explained to us in detail what the issues were and what his recommendations were, he gave us a detailed proposal and we had the work done and HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE ERIC AND THE WRIGHT A/C came out to fix the whole system.

Richard was prompt, knowledgeable, provided reasonable answers to questions, and offered tips on maintaining the system. Very personable and respectful of property. Will be happy to have him handle future heat pump service or, if the need arose, repairs.

Eric B. is the best! I've had so many issues with our fancy Lennox system and no one has been able to fully correct the problem. Eric was able to diagnose the problem and finally fix it. He's nice, professional and works quickly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Called for service on my AC system, Wright has a technician at my home within one hour. The tech figured out the problem and my system repaired in one hour. Great customer service. I give Wright a 5-star rating!
