I have been on the home warranty for two years and so far have had a water heater replaced and a washer replaced. Excellent response, professional employees, and a great value. Would highly recommend them to anyone that wants peace of mind and a local company. Excellent!

We noticed our hot water heater leaking. Earl’s was so helpful at scheduling a tech to come check things out! Technician Sky got here quick, diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hr! So thankful!

I m very happy with their service. They help me and arrive early. I don’t remember his name but the guy was soo polite and explained me the problem, put the water hose in its place when he finished. Also the lady that pick the phone, was so nice.. weird to find polite people lately. I do recommend it.

Drew and a helper came out and were very helpful in trying to locate the clogged drain. After trying for quite a while, they determined that the drain was no longer clogged. As a result, they did not charge me anything. Awesome!
