Our AC suddenly stopped working last night, called 2 other companies that were rude and unprofessional. Asked co-workers who they recommended and someone mentioned Earl's. I am so glad that I called Earl's, they were able to work with my schedule. Mike, the technician, was very nice and told us exactly what the issue was. Definitely, will use and recommend this company again.

I’ve had Earl’s home warranty for several years and used them probably 5 times. They do a great job! Employees are always pleasant and do great work. As long as I am in Lubbock I will keep renewing the home warranty they offer. Every without it, I would still use Earl’s.

We received this warranty with our recent home purchase. They provided excellent service. I didn’t know businesses like this existed in today’s world. We will be renewing our warranty when it expires.

From the moment I called to get an estimate through the completion of the repairs, I was extremely impressed at the professionalism of the office staff and the plumbers that did the repairs. Would highly recommend Earl's to anyone in the South Plains region. The people in the office to their technicians are very helpful and nice. Love the notifications on when the technician is on their way. It also allows you to monitor their location. They send a text about their technician, what they look like, and their history with the company. Their home warranty has been a life save and would highly recommend home owners to invest in this option. They are our go to for everything when it comes to house maintenance.

They were quick to respond and the job was done in less than an hour. Very professional. Fixed it first time and guaranteed they would come back out for free if for some reason the problem returned in the next 30 days.

Our hot water heater has been making loud pops for a couple of months. The repairman told me he could drain it but it wouldn’t get all the sediment out and it would build up again. An HONEST MAN. How refreshing. And he did not charge me to come to my house. I will definitely call Earls again.
