Have been using Earls for near 3 years no and have never had a problem until today. I call Earls today for a issue with my Washer. We told there dispatch that our washer was malfuactuoning and causing the washer to over flow with water.
They said they would come out and they did. Plumers came out and replaced my washers water supply lines instead. I tell the gentlemen what wasnt the issues we called them for and that the washer was the issue. The plumer stated i needed to call for appance repair. But that my lines were bad any way and replaced them. Have charged me my deductible. We called dispatch back and what answers , I was told there would be a separate charge for the washer sence the plumers had to go out and change the water valves. But the water lines were not the issue at hand.

Our technician was amazing and was very polite, neat, and professional. Earls was recommended to us but we will be recommending Earls to everyone from now on! You have earned a loyal customer in us!

Reyes was great. Wasn’t able to fix my AC on day of visit (needed new compressor) but was super helpful and kind and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond my expectations

The dispatch person was polite and helpful even on a Sunday. They listened and the garage door company, Mike's was amazing. He quickly arrived and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. Earl's staff and service is outstanding.

I’m not sure if we just got lucky and the timing was right, but these guys were able to get to our house and replace our extremely worn out water heater within a few hours. First time using our home warranty, but so glad we had these guys on our side. Very professional, prompt, easy to work with. Definitely keeping them in speed dial just in case. Also, highly recommend this company for whatever your needs may be.

Very courteous friendly and on time. Kept my wife and myself current on what was happening and was careful to do the repairs within the bid estimate without sacrificing quality. Would definitely use Earl's again!
