Randy came out and gave me an estimate for several jobs. He was great. Nice guy and very professional. Seemed honest and interested in doing the right job and keeping me from doing what wasn't necessary.

Jonathan from Earl's came out because I had a drain backing up. He and his helper (I'm terrible for not catching his name) were knowledgeable giving me tips on the plumbing and running their cable to find a huge ball of old grease was the culprit. I'm new to this house so I was glad to see it was just a ball of grease and not something more serious. I'm so thankful for these guys and Earl's.

Such a pleasant experience! They answer their phone early, 7 AM, and the tech was here first thing. He bragged to me about the company and how much he loves working with them.

Purchasing a house and had Earls plumbing run a camera through the sewer line. Saved me thousands by doing this check before purchase. Highly recommend doing this inspection and totally happy with their service.

Awful experience with "Technician" Randy Green. I had trouble from the beginning regarding warranty coverage, then he said he would either fix or replace the garage disposal. He NEVER discussed the options and replaced it without telling me. Now, we have a bill for $300. Terrible business model, do not recommend.

We have used Earls for the last 3 years and they have been fantastic! They have helped us in so many ways and have been a true lifesaver. I love that they are local and I always have the same people to talk to that know what’s going on. Love these guys!
