Judd and Hernan are both a pleasure to do business with. Both are extremely knowledgeable and shoot me straight with honesty about what I need and what I don’t. Both guys are super nice and I feel like they represent the company very well.

Had the previous owners install complete new HVAC systems about 30 days before we purchased the home as a condition. They used this company. Fast forward not even 3 years and the ac quits. Contact the company and they "have no record" of the installation. They scheduled two appointments to come fix the AC, which they missed both appointments that I had to take off work for. 3rd appointment they show up and determined that it was a bad capacitor. Charge us $250 to replace the part. So we had a new HVAC system installed prior to purchasing the home, that now has no warranty because we were not the original purchaser. 👍

Informed me of all the steps and details necessary and all of the possible options that would be a choice, for now and future. Very open & helpful!

I have used AC Contractors for years for both maintenance and technical work. They have always been timely, accurate and professional. My service today was exceptional and honest. Steve has great charisma and a helpful demeanor. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was able to break the hard news that my ‘80s model unit is on its last leg and set up an appointment for a consult for a replacement unit the next business day. He respected my home and left everything tidy upon departure. I appreciate the dedication they have to helping me maintain my home and protect its value.
