We purchased a gas fireplace set and had the store include installation. The logs are beautiful and both the store rep and the installer were most helpful. Found out that our neighbors used them as well. We highly recommend them.

No complaints except the labor cost for replacing a defective part was too expensive. The service man was very courteous and helpful and I appreciate what he did as I will save money in the long run on my utility bill as well as wear and tear on my unit. Overall, I am satisfied. Thanks
