My technician was excellent and very, VERY thorough! System is 11 years old this year, and he went through carefully with me what was needed now, and what would be needed in the future. Very thorough!

We had a problem with the A/C not coming on in in the middle of the winter. Not knowing anything about this company (got the # from the thermostat) decided to call them for service. Andrew the technician show up promptly at the schedule time and fixed the problem. I can't say enough about the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service he provide for us. I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for their membership plan. If you have any need of A/C work I would highly recommend them.

We have used A/C Contractors for years - at our former residence for chimney service as well as A/C maintenance. When we moved to our new house 2.5 years ago, we switched because we knew someone who was somewhat familiar with the system here, but when it came time for an emergency after-hours call, the response was just not the same so we switched back. I am so happy that we did. I feel much more confident in their work (not that the others folks did bad work), and it turned out that they had been part of the original build of this house so they were able to work on our very unique gas fireplace.

Andrew is the technician who was been out here several times, and I feel that he really cares about doing an excellent job. I also trust him to work in our home even when I am not there, which is a really big deal for me.

Finally, the staff at the office is always helpful and does seem to care about their customers. I have worked with other companies over the years where the staff seems too busy or put out with you, but I have never felt that with Andrew or anyone else here.

I am on the yearly maintenance plan. I receive a call every 6 months to setup my appointment. I am always pleased with the service tech who comes to my house. They explain what they are doing and give me helpful advice. Highly recommend the service plan.

Also, when I have an emergency, they are always helpful and prompt.
