It was a Saturday night 🌃 around midnight when the a/c decided to stop working 🛑 🌬🥶 and Texas 🇨🇱 is headed for a dangerous heat wave. 🌅 〰️ 🥵. Our neighbor had just recommended this contractor only last weekend as we were not satisfied with the 😒 2xs a different contractor had serviced our unit. A/C Contractors claim to provide 24/7 service. 😯 Surprisingly, when a 📲 call was placed at such a 😴 late hour, rather than hearing a recording, a real human voice picked up the 📞. It was to our relief that they could send a technician Sunday; the very next day! Though the unit was 2-3 years old, the capacitor had failed. Had we enrolled in a maintenance program with this company, the problem might have been averted. The former contractor told us there was no need for a maintenance program since the unit was fairly new 🤨. Our A/C Contractor technician was very friendly and forthright, answering all our questions as well as replaced the capacitor; an instrument that relayed electricity to components. What a relief it is to have been made aware of this company and now not to have to worry about enduring an upcoming heat wave without air conditioning. Further, if any problems should occur, they assured us they would arrive just as promptly as they did to repair our weekend emergency... of which I have no doubts. Enrolling in their maintenance program, we were informed that a technician will arrive in the Spring to check our unit for upcoming summer cooling and in the Fall, to check the unit for upcoming winter heat mechanical efficiencies. Thank you for a job well done! 👏😃 We highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. ❤️

Carl was on time and very pleasant. Asked if I had any concerns. Showed me were problems were with AC unit but didn’t need addressed today. Very happy with the service.

Andrew did a great job on my six month maintenance of my AC and heating units.
He wore his shoe covers, he was very courteous and explained all the results he found.
He gave me recommendations for my units “health”, but was not pushy in trying to sell me something.
