I had a wonderful experience with this company. He came out and promptly knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He didn't charge us an arm and a leg he only charged the show up fee. I will use them for my AC maintenance. Thank you so much!! I definitely recommend them!!

Steve did an excellent job performing the installation of our Mini Split and the maintenance of our main AC system. No BS! From scheduling appointment to day of service. Steve very professional, honest and upfront. No up selling no pressure. Just tells you what you need or don’t need. Also gives advice on things you can do yourself to keep your unit working. I never heard of some of the things Steve recommend I can do my self. Pretty sure other companies would charge for it. Do IT!! Call them.

This is a good company. The owner is very kind and not pushy with what upgrades you need. I’ve spent about $1000 with him now.

I was just disappointed the diagnostic fee of $70 wasn’t removed when we found a problem. So, I paid $260 for the capacitor and $70 for him to come out and open the door and see it.Total was $330 for a 10 minute job. I’d of been happy if he removed some of the diagnostic fee.

I asked about it, because most companies remove it once they find the problem if you fix it with them.

He responded, gas is expensive. So, they have to charge for everything they can.

Once again, nice guy. Just not how you do business with someone that uses you often.
