Steve M. was Great. He responded quickly, on a Saturday, and identified the problem right away. Was very professional, honest and friendly. Showed me exactly where the problem was and what was needed to fix. Steve provided a couple of options and estimates to address the issue. The cost was very reasonable considering work involved. We scheduled an appointment for first available opening. Steve and his crew arrived earlier than planned. Steve supervised the work and performed a quality check afterwards. I would highly recommend 32 Below for anyone having AC issues or to perform routine yearly maintenance.

I enjoyed meeting Steve and learned a lot about my AC system and proper maintenance (hint: no coil cleaner, just spray with the hose!) I’m going with a different company for replacement but was really impressed by Steve’s attention to detail and thorough approach.

Steve McKenzies and his crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, and did a great job! They installed a whole new HVAC system. This was a large job which included all new ductwork, cutting two new returns in the ceiling, a new thermostat, and building a raised hurricane-rated pad outside for the new unit. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and we’re very happy! From the very first meeting with Steve for an estimate to the end of the installation, it was a good experience. We are very happy and have complete confidence in Steve and 32Below, Inc. for any needs in the future!

I called Steve with 32 below for a heating problem during the winter on our Church and it was repaired in a very prompt and professional manner. He has since did repairs and it's the same everytime, prompt and professional.
