The owner Steve was very helpful and made time in his schedule to make a last minute service call. Fortunately he had the parts available on his truck and fixed my AC immediately. I’ll definitely be using 32 Below for all of my air conditioning needs. I highly recommend their products and services.

Steve is great! He is very responsive and timely with appointments/service calls. He gave me very detailed analysis of what's going on with my A/C unit. Steve was outstanding. He knew what they problem was as soon as he walked up to the unit. He had the part that we needed on his truck. Also gave us some maintenance tips to keep the system running smoothly. Would recommend giving him a call. Our unit is still under warranty even though he didn't install the system he took care of the warranty on the parts.

Steve was recommended to me through a neighborhood group, and I called him when my AC wasn't cooling the house properly. He arrived that same day and was able to identify a leak. He spent a good amount of time checking various parts of my AC system and explaining to me and my husband what was going on. He was able to fix the leak and refill the refridgerant that same visit with reasonable prices. Would recommend and will be using him for any future issues!

Steve and installers did a great job when putting my complete a/c- heating system in with new ductwork. System is heating and cooling like never before!! Steve has been servicing our system for about 3 years and is very courteous and prompt.
