    I had a tech go check the AC, he found that the unit was working but leaked coolant. He did not note anything on the service ticket other than everything was working just fine and that he had tested all components. 3 hrs later the unit stopped working completely. Now is the weekend and we are with no AC because of an incompetent technician. I do not recommend this place.

    I had to replace my whole A/C system 2 days after the technician came to do an “A/C tune up.” The technician left the Freon valve open and the system lost all the Freon. My old AC system used R22 Freon which is not available in the market anymore. I got quoted 900 dollars for fillip up the system with Freon. I decided to change the whole thing (of course with another company)

    I had a 5 star visit, it couldn't of gone any better. The technician showed up right at the time given. The technician was very friendly and incredibly fast. Luckily my ac problem was a minor fix, but the tech was clearly skilled at the trade. Without any hesitation he found the problem and corrected it.

    One of their delightful employees aggressively cut me off in traffic and almost caused an accident and then flipped me off when I honked at him. I'll make sure to never do business with this place if that's the type of people that they hire.

    I found them through my home warranty company and scheduled a tune-up--Cesar was very thorough and did a great job!

    Very unprofessional. Did not have a ladder to be able to access AC and stated they would call to reschedule. They never called and once I called they said they would get back to me which once again they did not. Called again only to have them tell me our roof is mot safe and they can’t help me.

    Was forced to use this place due to home warranty. Absolutely awful! Never answer the phone, voicemail full and a week later nothing is fixed and won't update the home warranty so we can move forward with actually fixing the issue.

    Poor service. I got them to diagnose my AC and they didn't send report even after 48 hours.if i call them, no one picks the phone or return the call. Avoid them
