I do not recommend using this company. It took 5 days after they came out and diagnosed the problem before I was able to reach them again. Awful communication, horrible service. My technician was Jose. Adam answering calls, also not helpful, gave me the runaround, and wasted my time.
Had several complications with other companies coming out and fixing the problem. Then I found this company and had a technician Frank T come out and fix the issue. He was very professional and time efficient. Highly recommend Royal Flush AC & Heating LLC. AC problems ask for Frank T.
On time, solution provided, and nice people. I called Friday after thanksgiving and was assigned through AHS. Was nervous due to the reviews but I had a tech (Frank) come Saturday afternoon and he walked me through his solution and was very thorough. Great experience for me.
I used this Facility through American home shield and I would give them five stars compared to all the other companies that AHS uses. Frank was knowledgeable professional and fix my air conditioning problem. Will definitely use them in the future

Today my home has no AC. She had the AC fixed last week from this company and is needing her AC fixed again. This morning they called and said that they would no longer be here from 1-5 and that they were now coming from 5-7. It was frustrating having no AC, but we understand delays. However, they never showed up. They never even bothered to call and had the audacity to say that they had completed the repair when we looked online to see if there was some other issue. I am now sitting here with no AC once again and do t even have any idea when it will be fixed. The lack of respect and the fact that they said they would already would be later than they said is awful customer service.
Forced to use this AC company from American Home Shield Warranty. They are horrible at communication. Most of the time when you call the company, NO ONE ANSWERS. Seems like a small fly-by-night company. I still do not have my issue resolved.
Cesar was our service technician and he was able to replace part needed right away. He was on time and professional, also explained what was wrong with my A/C and which part he needed to replace. Thank you Cesar!
they work for American Home Shield which has awful AC coverage. That said. American Home Shield took 3 weeks to authorize and deliver a new air handler which contains the coil. Royal Flush installed the air handler and the AC worked for a while. Since then the AC had failed twice. Don't buy American Home Shield and don't use Royal Flush.
