Jose and Milli(? I think was her name) called ahead to say they are coming early. Identified the problem, really quick and repaired the unit. Really happy with the speed at which they responded.
I had a condenser and evaporator replaced. I asked them to provide me with the part numbers for the equipment they would install. They instead provided me a photo of a hand written ticket with the existing part numbers. I didn't realize this at the time and I told them to start the work under the assumption they would replace the equipment with the same as the existing. Huge mistake on my part, they gave me a Goodman unit which is the lowest rated unit according to Consumer Reports. I asked them for the warranty paperwork they told me they had it in their office and I did not need it. I ended up retrieving the warranty from the Goodman website. If I haden't registered my unit on the Goodman website my warranty would not have been activated. How did they have it on file if it wasn't registered? They didn't even provide me with a receipt. They also repaired a leak in my second evaporator. I woke up at 2 am to a leak in my bedroom from the condensate because they routed the condensate pipe directly onto to my celing. They had a painter come replace a small piece of the damaged sheet rock. He painted my entire celing as well but my celing still sags. Each time I look at my sagging celing I remember this horrible experience. It is very sad, I just bought this house and careless contractors damage it.

Royal Flush was set up for routine AC maintenance through my home warranty. I spoke with one of their representatives on day the service was set up to discuss a date and time that mutually worked as well as to ensure that they were aware of the size ladder needed for my rooftop unit. I received a call ~40 minutes after the appointment notifying that the technician wouldn’t be able to complete my appointment as my warranty did not cover rooftop units (which is neither in the contract nor the service set up) however they’d be able to come out for a higher fee. I spoke with a supervisor with Royal Flush and with some discussion agreed to the higher price with the agreement that my original service fee would be refunded as I cannot take another day off. I did express my concerns that it certainly felt like a scam. Their technician was set to come out within a few minutes. I then watched as their technician in the company vehicle drive into our parking lot, sat there for a minute, then left. I did not receive further notice from anyone at Royal Flush AND they checked that the service was complete so the original service fee they have since collected.

These guys were timely and professional each time they came out. Once they diagnosed the issue they were diligent about sending the info to my home warranty company. They also were able to respond to my home within 24 hours.
Very professional, prompt service. Technician FRANK T. arrived early and repaired AC. Worked very diligently on furnace. After being informed by another company that the furnace needed to be replaced and needed a blower motor. The other company sent us 2 different invoice estimates. One was $3,200.00 the other 9,800.00. They were trying to scam for money. I’m so grateful Frank was able to repair AC. Recommend Royal Flush.
I received service from these guys via my home warranty. The man that arrived was professional and polite. He figured out why my HVAC system was draining into my bathtub and had it fixed in maybe an hour.

Appointment was from 8 am to 10 am. Tech didn't show between those hours. Could not get ahold of anyone.
Tech called at 1245 and said he was 30-45 min away..... showed up over 3 hours after appointment time ended.
