Juan Herrera was very professional and knowledgeable. He serviced my unit and repaired flashing on roof which was causing a leak. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to your company.

On 5/29 our air conditioner was not cooling. It was a late afternoon weekend day. We are new to this area and was not familiar with any of the local professional repair vendors. After doing a Google search we selected Accurate Home Services. The Office person ( Misty ) was very courteous and answered all of our questions. A repairman was dispatched who was at our home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running. At this time Tanner did talk to us about a repair that was going to be eventually needed on the AC Disconnect. On 6/16 the Disconnect did malfunction. I called and spoke with Brooke. She took care of us, immediately sending someone to our home. The AC Disconnect was replaced and the house was cool in a very short. We are very impressed with the personnel that represent this company. They are all personable and professional with a broad product knowledge. I encourage anyone needing home services to give them a call. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Misty, Brooke and Tanner.

The AC for my house stopped working Sunday morning at 3:00 am. I called Accurate around 7 or 8 am that morning and asked for a service call. Temps were supposed to get up to 100 that day, so I was worried I could even get someone out there or it would be ridiculously expensive.

The lady I talked to was extremely friendly, pleasant and concerned. I later received a text message with the picture of the technician would be arriving.

Tech arrived around 9:30 am and the system was back up and running around 10:00 am....on a Sunday!

The tech, Wesley was very professional, friendly and I thought the cost was very reasonable considering it was an after-hours call on a Sunday.

Really good experience and will be using them again.

Jose did a great job and very accurately and even made sure it was what I wanted.

Jose Lopez was our tech and I cant say enough good things about him! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. He got the job done quickly and expertly! I would highly recommend this company but more importantly him!

I have called them out twice, the tech didn’t do anything he just kept telling me I needed a new air handler, for 5-6K which is way over priced.
I called a different company out both times and they fixed the duct under the house that came loose.
190.00 I paid Sunday for the same tech to do nothing. He only wants to sell me equipment. My air works great once again thanks to another company
