John and Daryle from Accurate air came out got my heat working again after it had been out for 2 months. They are lifesavers and I wouldn't call anyone else. Amazing technicians and they genuinely care about their customers.

I recently had accurate home services come out to fix my heater at my home and was impressed with how quick they arrived. Juan Herrera the technician was very understanding and broke down exactly why my unit wasn’t working. He also recommended some great products to help protect my system.

They did an excellent job. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Very personable and kind.

Bryce was very pleasant and professional. He had the expert knowledge that was needed to fix my problem and extremely nice young man.

Professional, On time, and done right the first time. Joe is very pleasant to work with, he made life easy.

My system is really old. Tanner was the best. Never gave up. All is well now. I'm most appreciative.

UPDATE: I feel I need to come on here and offer an update. Unfortunately, it’s not a good one. To start off, their duct cleaning and insulation is great!! Our issue is just with electrical. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I want to save someone money and a head ache. I will preface this by saying that this job was a substantial amount of work for one person. Perhaps if the company would have assigned more than one person to this big job, things would have been different. At first we left a raving review for this company. Kenneth is a very personable guy and seemed to be very knowledgeable, but we’ve had so many problems and issues. On the companies part, they were responsive and came out multiple times to try and resolve the issues. However, we soon lost faith in the company and stopped asking them to come back. After nearly a year, and even more issues, we decided to hire a different electrician to fix the issues we experienced.

It should be noted that we paid Accurate Air around $20,000 dollars for electrical alone. After getting our entire attic cleaned and insulated, the electrical redone, and our vents cleaned out, our electric bill doubled. It was doubled for a few months, and the reason was improper wiring. This was resolved and our bill lowered but still remains higher than before the work was done. We initially contacted them for flickering lights that we wanted fixed. After they were finished, they had added two additional lights (we agreed to that) and the flickering was significantly worse. I brought this up to Kenneth who told me it’s the power lines fault. (It wasn’t) After a few back and forth, power people got tired of being blamed by this company and replaced the power lines (even though it wasn’t needed). Flickering is still an issue to this day. It was never resolved, and we just gave up. We asked Kenneth to fix an outlet multiple times. It was never fixed. He was supposed to check the integrity and safety of every single outlet in our house. So, along with that and our multiple reminders, there’s no reason that outlet should not have been fixed. We even moved furniture for him so that it was easy to find each outlet. I went to use that plug a few months later and found it didn’t work. Our new electrician came out, and he told us the plug had the wiring but wasn’t even connected. It’s fixed now by our new electrician. We’ve had to replace two TVs in the last 11 months due to power surges completely frying them. (Never an issue before the rewiring) We still have flickering all throughout our house (mainly our chandeliers) We were told that our bathroom light couldn’t be installed due to something in the attic (even though it was included in the bid) So, we dealt with an ugly partial hole in our ceiling and a light outlet that didn’t work for 11 months. Our new electrician came out and said that it’s entirely possible, and that they just didn’t feel like doing it. The electrician also noted that the lights that were installed (the ones that flicker) did not have a box on them. There’s around 5 separate wires connected together, sitting on and buried under insulation. They were supposed to go up there and make sure everything was safe in the attic. Boxes were supposed to be put on everything in that attic, and there’s two so far that do not have boxes at all (And these are the ones CLOSEST to the attic’s entrance) He hasn’t even checked the rest of the attic. This electrician wasn’t even looking for that but told me about it because it’s concerning and may be the cause of the flickering. Highly highly frustrated. If you need electrical redone, go with a different company. If you know nothing about electrical, go with a different company. If you know electrical, double check their work if you decide to go with them. Very disappointed. Very upset and very worried that our house is a fire hazard due to negligence.
Again, I hate leaving negative reviews. Their duct cleaning and insulation is great! After all this, I needed to give an update on electrical for others considering this service.

They did a great job installing our new heat pump system. From the first inspection to the final installation day, everything went smoothly. Lester was helpful in suggesting what kind of system I need, no high pressure sales tactic. I called about 4-5 companies before choosing Accurate Air. Their price and service is unparalleled. I highly recommend them to all Kaufman and surrounding area residents. Thank you guys!

Jose did an outstanding job for my mom. He explained all services, took his time for an 80 year old, and was understanding to her hearing loss. Accurate Home Services was quick to set an appointment for us and was on time. We would highly recommend them. Thank you again Jose.
