Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I am so impressed with this company and their employees. Their work ethics are amazing. The gentleman, Brycen, who came out was so professional and friendly. Both my husband and I felt he really knew what he was talking about and did not try to sell us things we did not need. He gave us recommendations which we will do in the future. He got our A/C going and will definitely call Accurate and ask for Brycen as soon as we can have the other work needed. Brycen, thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. You truly put us at ease. I highly recommend this company!!!

Would highly recommended this company. The professionalism is top tier and the electrician that served us, Daniel Boles was amazing. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Our technician, Ashton, was thorough and courteous. He went over all the details, and showed us how to prevent problems in the future. I continue to have good experiences with Accurate.

Koyt was very friendly and helpful to help me understand the problem and how to fix it and was very fast on getting me a date/time for the repair. I really believe he is an asset to Accurate Air because, he was to me.

Charge too much compared to competitors. For example to install generator was quoted almost $5k but was able to get Genrac to do the same thing for under $2k. They certainly don't believe in free estimates as you will be charged a service fee each visit.

My mom’s Ac System wouldn’t turn on when she went to use the first time this summer. It was a Friday night. We had such a hard time getting someone to come out and look at it to see what was wrong. The Companies we did get to come look wanted to over charge her for the repairs and said there was more wrong with the unit than there actually was. I got ahold of Joeseph Combs and he got to work on it right away. He got her taken care of we really appreciated it. Joe couldn’t have made the experience easier if he tried! If you can request your tech I’d definitely ask for Joe.

I booked this appt one day prior. I received a call from Misty to confirm and to clarify what it is I needed. Misty answered all my questions. My tech was Jose he was very professional even attentive I have a remove your shoe sign on my door he wore shoe covers. He was knowledgeable in his profession and answered my questions and I had a lot. I would recommend this company.

Daniel was our service guy and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! Such a great guy and awesome company!!! Definitely would recommend this company!!
