Brycen Cox is one awesome AC tech at Accurate heating and Air, a true master at his craft! He really took his time to explain all the ins and outs of what he was checking out on my AC, and then he explained his solution to the problem. I really appreciated this because being a woman by myself at the time, I could feel that he was not trying to financially take advantage of me and charge me for things that he didn't do. I definitely know that I can trust his advice and recommendations about my AC and that he is not trying to get over on me.
I let him know that I think the unit could be leaking because our floor is slowly but surely getting saturated and Brycen went above and beyond and diligently worked to figure out if the unit really was leaking, and if so, where it was coming from.
This is the second time that Mr. Brycen visited my home to fix/maintenance my AC, and he has never made me feel uncomfortable, or weird, he is a true gentleman! Again, I can appreciate that as a woman, and as a customer. Brycen's wonderful and professional personality also shows that Accurate Heating and Air takes pride in taking time to hire good quality employees to represent their company, and Mr. Brycen most definitely represents this company VERY well!!
I will be specifically requesting Mr. Cox for all of my AC system needs!

Ashton and Andrew did a great job of cleaning the AC and air ducts systems. They obviously enjoy their work and answered my questions and explained things very clearly. I would recommend this company to anyone, and hope you are blessed with the Ashton-Andrew team!

Everyon was friendly. Cory Wynn came out first and checked the entire system Cory was very knowledgeable and friendly.. Our system was almost 20 years old. He gave us options and we chose to replace the entire system. Diego installed our system and was prompt and friendly as well. I would recommend Accurate to anyone needing AC service or any other services they offer

10/10 recommended in using this company! My AC went out, my house was 86 degrees and Accurate Home Service had a tech here within just a couple of hours. Corey, the tech that came to my residence, was awesome! He was very nice, professional and respectful of me, my home and my things inside my home. He had my unit fixed within 30 minutes to an hour and he didn’t leave until he knew everything was working properly and that the air coming from my vents was cooled to normal temps. Very pleased and will absolutely use them again!

We contacted this company after our electric range shorted out and wanted to have the electronics in our home evaluated. We purchased the property six months ago and it is a very old house. The representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful in providing options that made sense and were affordable. I will definitely be moving forward with a proposal to replace our electrical panel and would highly recommend this company.

Best company to use hands down If you decide to use these guys. Ask for your preferred Technician to be Corey he is honest, and upfront about the work that needs to be done to make your home cool, or warm again. You will not be disappointed.

The two young men who came to my home - Ashton and CJ. Couldn't have been nicer. They are an asset to your company. They were polite, very courteous and showed concern for me and my dogs. They made sure I understood everything they were doing, thoroughly explained everything and showed me everything they did. I was very impressed and thankful that they were the ones who came.
