Blowin Cold AC

I cannot say enough good things about Matthew and Blowin Cold! They’ve been here multiple times over the years and he is always quick to respond, professional, courteous, and he never tries to oversell. He fixes the problem at hand, reasonable, and honest. Today - July humid nasty day - my AC went haywire and my house wouldn’t cool. I called Matthew and he was here in 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it!

Best customer service I’ve ever received. Both Air Conditioners went down on Saturday of the long weekend. They showed up right away and got the one going. The other one was 24 years old and toast. They had a new one installed on the Monday of the long weekend at a very reasonable price. Every worker that was here was hard working and polite. Ended up getting their number from a friend who was flooded in Harvey that highly recommended him. Will always be my first call for ac issues.

After another company came out and told me replacing parts for $4k or $7k was my only option. I called Blowin Cold. The owner came out and had my A/C up and running in minutes for $275. He says it’s a temporary fix but now my A/C problem is no longer an emergency but a careful plan. I am sooo glad we called Blowin Cold! Thank you!

Absolute amazing service. Another company cancelled on us and a friend recommended this company. They were able to come out in a matter of hours. When a different issue arose the next morning, the owner came out right away. Amazing customer service. We had to leave the house and he kept us very informed with texts and phone calls.

My father owns an A/C business several hours from this area. I know the industry fairly well, and Blowin Cold is a top tier great company! When I need A/C work in Katy, Blowin Cold is who I use. I first learned of them from a referral when I was out of town, and my family was home with a broken AC. Matthew came to my house after hours, fixed the unit, and charged us fairly. A few year later I needed to replace my outside unit. Matthew quoted a new system working with us to replace the system incrementally in stages to fit our budget. I checked his prices with wholesale cost intel from my family. His prices are very fair. The next year I replaced my inside unit. I’ve been thrilled with the quality of equipment (RUUD) and the installation service provided by Blowin Cold. Thank you!

Best AC service company I have ever used. They are super honest, give you options, willing to work with you, and do phenomenal work. I have used them for my semi annual maintenance on my 2 AC and heater units for years. They also completely redid my downstairs AC system inside and out including the outside unit and everything from the plenum to the return. They were significantantly less than the other three quotes the I received from other companies. They also caught a leak and installed a new float switch and drip tray on my other unit during the install and didn't charge me anything but the parts since they were already doing the other work. I have recommended them to a few businesses and friends and I have heard good feedback from everyone I have referred.

Simply the best in customer service. I call for a quote on a new unit at my house. They were out in less then 10 minutes to have a look. Not only did he give me a quote, but he charged my existing unit to help get me and my daughter through the heat spell we were going through until we can make the necessary repairs. I don't think I'll call another AC company every again.

Matthew was great! He fit us in on short notice, was knowledgeable and fair priced. He went over and beyond paying attention to small details. Would certainly recommend his services!

"Blowin Cold" is the Best

We met Matthew w/"Blowin Cold" back in May when we were having issues with the AC. I didn't know who to call so I called several businesses and decided I would use whoever called me back first and that was Matthew. He took very good care of us and did a wonderful job.
Today it was the heater and he came shortly after I called. He had it fixed in no time and was on his way. I can't say anough nice things about this young man. He definitely knows what he's doing, he is kind, respectful, just a all round good guy. I highly recommend him. If you ever need a ac/heater guy call him, you'll be glad you did. I know I'll never call anyone else.
