Will Bond (Owner) was extremely responsive to our request for service after issues we experienced with another local A/C company. They scheduled quickly, were ultra responsive, showed up on time and were comprehensive and professional. Robert (Technician) explained the service he was going to perform and potential risks. He noticed a coil was leaning and some leveling needed to the drain line to "unfix" the issues caused by the previous company's service.

Very prompt service and state of the art diagnosis. 3 other techs came out and were unable to find a leak and assumed it was in the wall and wanted to knock a hole in the wall and run new copper lines down the outside of the house and cover the piping with some type of metal. Marcelo did the pressure test and found that the leak WASN'T in the wall. He repaired it in about 90 minutes or so.

Technician Emiliano was very professional and courteous. He went in depth explaining everything in detail with me. Unfortunately with my high expenses with surgery done recently we couldn't afford the unit. I was without work for a month and only one paycheck was coming in the house. Honestly if I had the full amount I would have used thier service. I'm so grateful for them trying to work something out for me. I will save up for this month and sacrifice for we need the most.
