Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling

This is the second time I have used Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling to do a tune up on my AC units. They are very friendly and helpful and arrived on time. The technician, Kenneth was great. He gave me suggestions on how to improve my cooling system. I have already referred Kenneth to my friends and family.

From Joseph ’s diagnosis, unit recommendation, to the gentleman who did the removal and installation, they where timely and professional. Followed up to make sure all was good, just wonderful. Kenneth from Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling showed up when he said he would. He made an excellent recommendation on a new heater that would occupy less space. It took him and his colleagues less than three days to complete the installation. They worked efficiently and did the clean up after themselves. My furnace could not stay on. After trying many attempts to fix it, I finally called Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling. Kenneth called back to inform me he would be to my place by 8 am in the morning. He called again to let me know he had already arrived at my gate. Rafael showed me what the issues were and fixed everything plus the humidifier that had never worked. Great experience! Highly recommended.

These guys are great. They came out same day to fix my AC problem. We needed a new compressor and they had one on truck. They did the repair immediately and at a very reasonable time and price. It’s a month now since they did the repairs and my unit is working fine. Highly recommended to all friends and relatives.

Was having issues with my oil burning hot water heater. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, tuned up the hot water heater, and cleaned up the whole area. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me.
