Great experience from start to finish. Greg was very responsive after our HVAC gave way during the power outage and heatwave.The techs were all very professional. What I liked most was them pointing out the shipping damage to the furnace. It's something that could have easily been hidden. That is above and beyond and speaks to their integrity and the integrity of the company.

This year both our AC and furnace were acting up. Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling did both service jobs very well. The Receptionist was professional and friendly; Technicians were punctual and very knowledgeable. They also handled the extended warranty parts claims with ease. Good pricing for very high quality work!

Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling was able to send over a technician the same day I called them and he showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job fixing my 20 years old furnace. He also checked my furnace and all was done at a very reasonable price. This is the best HVAC company I have worked with so far. I would recommend them anytime.

Called for someone to come check out our central ac unit to ensure everything is working properly. John came to our home within 2 hours of calling Garden Industrial and completed a very thorough diagnosis of our unit and provided some recommended services to help the central air unit work better and keep our home cool. We needed a new furnace before the new years day and Garden Industrial Heating & Cooling was the company whom we awarded the contract. Johny was the installer. He did a great installation job on the 27th Dec and cleared the premise and was courteous and efficient getting the work done.Quality product and service! Simply amazing!!!
