Can’t say enough good things about their a/c techs. They’ve done several things for us efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend their company for your HVAC needs. Update-they still do great work!

Oscar and George were both really professional. It was fantastic that when they came to the door they shook my hand and introduced themselves. They were respectful of our home and keeping things tidy. They took care of the problem quickly for a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys.

Juan was a professional and very polite. He showed up on time and cleaned up everything after completing the task and did a great job. I would use the same company again as long as Juan was the technician. I am sure that all their staff are great at their job, but when you get it right the first time why change it up.

We have been a very happy customer of EZ Comfort A/C & Heating for several years now. Our first was an emergency call due to having a 2 year old and a toddler at the time. Extremely prompt, professional, and fixed us right up. Each AC & Heating maintenance call, has always been stellar. Top notch technicians who are very professional and courteous. Signed up for another year of maintenance last month. ;)

As a side note since it is the summer, be kind and offer a nice cold glass of water, a gatorade, etc., these folks work hard in the hot sun and attics!

EZ Comfort Air/Heating did a great job installing our two new AC/Heating Units. The crew that came out were on time, and very professional. Alfredo was on-site to answer any questions we had during the installation, and explained all that was done, and how to work the new Thermostats, and stayed till the end. On April 27, 2023, while performing a cooling inspection on my 5 ton Trane system, Alfredo noticed a 5 inch duct was disconnected/torn apart. This happened during an Attic Renovation project conducted by Orkin in February, 2023. Alfredo repaired the damaged duct. He also installed an in-line float switch and added a p-trap to a primary drain line to prevent googling noises in an upstairs bathroom. I appreciate Alfredo's efforts in resolving all these issues while he was at my home on 4/27/23.

EZ Comfort takes greats care of our home system. Great technicians who are very professional and responsive. We have a quarterly maintenance plan and take full advantage of it! Highly recommend them!!

We recently invested in a complete HVAC system upgrade from EZ Comfort in HTX. The purchase included a TRANE XV18 5 ton variable speed system with zoning as well as fiberglass and foam insulation. Alfredo Sandoval was our HVAC technical expert and really helped us understand every aspect of our purchase. Alfredo’s team came in to our home and made sure that all of our expectations were met and exceeded. Alfredo has made himself available anytime I have any HVAC questions or concerns.
