EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

Alfredo Sandoval performed a regular review and maintenance of our home AC system. He was very efficient, tidy and clean in his work, courteous and he explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He portrays EZ Comfort in a very positive and professional way.

I called first thing in the morning because my AC had stopped in the middle of the night and they were at my house less than 4 hours later., which I appreciated. They charge a service charge to just come look but it was refunded when I signed up for yearly maintenance. The parts were covered under warranty but not the labor, which was a little expensive IMHO, but it did get my AC working again quickly and my house was cool again when I got home. They found some other issues that they said they corrected as well. It a little disappointing that my install (not done by them) was less than 6 years ago and the unit had issues (Trane) but this was not their problem. I’m thankful that I had AC later that day. Overall good service.

Update 12/2021
It was time for my winter check and the technician was on time and did a thorough job to check out my system. I was a little put off that he was pushing for me to change to a Trane thermostats when my 3rd Generation Nest is working just fine and can control both stages of my HVAC system. Otherwise I am very happy with the service I got.

Alfredo came and did a very thorough inspection of my system. I always thought that the company that installed my system cut some corners and he showed me their mistakes. He was very professional and was on time. I appreciate his attention to detail.

We have been using EZ Comfort for a couple of years now and have had nothing but amazing service from them. On our most recent service from them Felipe was the tech who was timely (which is a huge deal to me), professional & fixed the problem quickly. We have a service contract where they will visit twice a year, before heavy use of a/c & heat to make sure our units are working properly. I highly recommend EZ Comfort.

Carlos installed our new hvac system 6 years ago. Couldn’t be happier. Alfredo came out today for maintenance on our heating system. Very professional. Gives recommendations but not pushy! Would highly recommend this company! They always wear covers over their shoes to keep my floors from getting dirty!👏👏

Alfredo is very dedicated to getting the job done. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer and get the job done.

We use EZ Comfort exclusively for our HVAC needs. Alfredo has done such an excellent job maintaining the units that we have added service plans for both of our units.

2021:
Alfredo is a professional. He’s personable, consistently shows up on time, and provides excellent technical advice.

Alfredo, Mario, and the crew did an excellent job replacing and setting up a 5-ton Crane HVAC system. The crew did a quality installation for the quoted cost — a rare feat these days.

This is a great company! Felipe was our technician and he was very professional and on time. We had to get a whole new AC unit. The guys that did the installation arrived ahead of schedule and did a great job. A few days later Felipe came by to see if the new unit was still working properly.
