Craig came by as promised and thoroughly evaluated my A/C system. He took the time to explain what he was looking at any why. He was able to find some problems and repair my particular old system. Craig and his team went up and above on replacing my unit late on Friday afternoon before a long hot Memorial Day weekend. They coordinated and picked up equipment and had an install crew waiting to put it in at 7:00 pm in the evening, many many thanks for a job well done!

I’ve been a happy customer of Ainsworth Cooling and Heating for a couple of years now. I had them replace my entire system including ducts. They are honest, reliable, very respectful and friendly.

It never fails to happen on Friday night but in the middle of a tropical storm is just nasty. yes my a\c decided to act up and we shut it down in the middle of the night. We called Ainsworth early Saturday morning hoping to just get on the call list for Monday. Craig called back in just minutes and came out in the pouring rain to trouble shoot the unit. We were back in the cool in a little while. The owner was nice and very friendly and knowledge knew the problem with the AC in about 1 minute. He was done in about one hour of fixing our AC with a year warranty. Will use him again when it is time replace our 16 17 year old AC unit.
