I am utterly disgusted by the deplorable service provided by Pair Of Aces A/C LLC during this sweltering summer. With temperatures exceeding 100 degrees, my family of four has been enduring unbearable conditions due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. To compound our distress, the insurance company has been waiting for the AC company to submit their inspection report for the past four excruciating days. Adding insult to injury, this company has demonstrated an abhorrent disregard for their customers by ignoring our repeated phone calls, despite claiming to operate 24/7.

It is incomprehensible that an AC company, entrusted with the comfort and well-being of its clients, would blatantly ignore their calls for help. The fact that Pair Of Aces A/C LLC refuses to answer our inquiries and provide updates is an absolute disgrace. This behavior exhibits a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic human decency.

In a situation as urgent as a malfunctioning AC system during extreme heat, prompt and effective communication is vital. However, Pair Of Aces A/C LLC has failed miserably in fulfilling this responsibility. Their unwillingness to address our concerns and provide the necessary information to the insurance company is not only infuriating but also deeply concerning.

As customers, we have been left stranded, forced to endure the oppressive heat with no relief in sight. The disregard shown by Pair Of Aces A/C LLC for their customers' comfort and well-being is simply unforgivable.

I would give this company no stars if I could. Can't get them to answer the phone. Tech came on Monday and it is THURSDAY and he still hasn't submitted his report for the insurance. It is HOT. The house gets up to 81. Despite being "available 24/7", you can never get ahold of anyone. To leave anyone with no answers in this type of heat is deplorable.
I highly recommend NOT using them. Go somewhere better.

Pair of Aces A/C is an outstanding HVAC Company. They were highly recommended by another business, so I called them to take a look at a few units at my school campus. David (owner) took care of our school needs and quickly became our HVAC go to vendor. Since then I have also used them for my house and recommend them to EVERYONE!

David and his crew did an excellent job of replacing our ductwork! They were professional and cleaned up afterwards! And they repaired an issue with our furnace! Now it’s working great! I’d highly recommend Pair if Aces to other homeowners! They won’t overcharge you and you’ll really like David and his guys.

This A/C Company is top notch. Vary knowledge able of all ac related issues. They are quick to service and fairly priced. They won't empty your wallet. The office lady is vary helpful ans they were on time ans vary professional. I give them 10 ☆ s.
