Very happy with the service from this company. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful from the owner, installers, technicians and individuals answering the phone. They answered all of my questions and never seemed annoyed with all the questions I had. I absolutely chose and put my faith the right company and individuals to replace my AC. The install was completed in the time-frame provided and was back up and running the same day. I will definitely be using this company in the future and referring to friends.

The office reached back out after my last review update. They were able to get my questions answered and I signed with Ultimate Comfort for another year last fall. Stephen continued to provide me the service that Ultimate Comfort have always provided before.

I was delighted with the service provided by Ultimate Comfort, from the first call and thoughout he process. Stephen and team were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and sincere. I was impressed by Stephen's willingness to take pictures and record videos of the testing he performed to help me understand how the system worked and where it was failing. Ultimately I had the air handler and zone control board replaced. They worked me into their schedule, diagnosed one day and installed the new equipment the next day. Having previously experienced low quality service, working with this company was refreshing. I would highly recommend them.

Great honest company. Responded quickly and very knowledgeable! Owner is extremely personable and easy to talk with. Service tech assessed the problem, the installers came and replaced my heaters and followed up that afternoon to make sure everything was running and done right!!! First off, we were able to schedule service the same day, which was amazing considering our AC was not working during a 95 degree day. Our technician was early to our appointment. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain what he was doing. Once he had our unit running again he showed me how I can do some maintenance myself to keep our unit running smoothly. Spoke with Claudio, the owner, about replacing our outdoor condenser unit. He was prompt, knowledgeable and offered me great advice. He also made sure I get a great price and not trying to sell anything, knew that because I compared different quotes. Very honest and personable man.
