These guys were awesome. I've never dealt with an AC company that takes care of the customers like these guys. they were extremely punctual, and deployed a mat to protect my floor. They fixed my AC in on day. When I called and asked to speak to the tech, they put me on hold for 2 min and said the tech would call me in a min. Sure enough, the guy called me right away. The owner of the company came out and gave me a few pointers on how to cool my house better. Thank you for the great service

Ultimate Comfort AC & Heating gave my elderly handicapped father exceptional services when they came out and installed an entire AC system in the middle of summer! Not only did they give him a great deal, but they were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very quick to finish the job! The work was done with excellent workmanship! My AC died right as I was about to go out of town, I have two tenants renting rooms at my home. The three HVAC repair places I called before Ultimate all said they were to busy to come out that day. When I called Ultimate their techs were busy until that afternoon. After I said I was trying to get to work, the person I was talking with said Give a few minutes and I'll call you back. She was able to work things with their techs and had someone at the house within 40 minutes. My Evaporator coil had been leaking and needed replacement. I bought the house used so wasn't aware of the leak at purchase time. But Ultimate worked with me to give a fair price and to help me with payment. Every person I've talked with from dispatch, technician, finance, installation, and even the owner have been personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The horror story, a 6 day fight to get my AC fixed.
The line from the compressor outside into the house kept freezing up and I would lose blowing/cooling. The first contractor I brought out didn't check everything before adding freon (thinking it was a leak), and pumped my line to double its recommended PSI! He then tried his hardest to up-sale me to a completely new furnace and wouldn't work with the carrier manufacturer warranty (Courtesy AC/Heating), this wasted two days. The second contractor missed 5 (Freaking 5!) appointment windows over three days (AirTron). When they finally arrived, the tech glanced at the upstairs blower, went outside and realized the freon was off the charts and tried his hardest to get the heck out of there (high-balled the quote and said he wouldn't be back for 3 days). I finally and luckily called Claudio, he immediately picked up, gave me a very competitive quote, and scheduled me in for the next morning. He showed up when he said he would, and re-diagnosed the issues. He quickly figured out that the previous tech had almost destroyed my compressor by hitting 600PSI on a system that is supposed to run at 300! He then worked for an hour restoring the lines to the appropriate pressure (thank god it didn't blow my compressor or the lines). Due to previous appointments he had to leave before we could install the new equipment, but he promised me he would be back that afternoon. True to his word, he texted at 3pm, and was over by 3:30pm. We went to the attic, and replaced the motor and the circuit board. The AC has been working great since then. Thank you Ultimate Comfort AC and Heating!

Today at 1:25 pm I went over and spoke to the
Technician about hooking his R12 meter to see If the Ac unit has the proper amount of coolant in my Ac unit and he quoted me a Price of $80.00 per hour. But first there would have to be a service order opened to show the address of where the service would be done. I asked him if there was a discount for senior citizens. I received no reply from him. He was done with the job at 121 SOUTH Ave Edmond Okla. as he was putting the ladders back on the truck rack. I
just lived directly across from where he had finished servicing the home that had originally called him out for service. I thought just maybe
he would do it for $20.00 but when I heard him state $80.00 per hour for something that may have taken him 15 minutes. I just walked away with discuss that he wouldn't take the time to tell me the information that I needed to know. I certainly hope that people do read reply's about there Service technician and find someone else
to Service there Heating and Air conditioning.
