Spring Branch was extremely responsive and professional. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. There was a small problem that they corrected immediately (even on a Saturday). Spring Branch AC should be your first call for AC and heating help.

I’m so glad we found Spring Branch Air Conditioning and Heating and it was just in the nick of time! We had them come out to service our A/C and our emergency overflow pan (I think that’s what it’s cslled) was completely full. Had Chris not caught this, it would’ve been a very costly repair. He was thorough, professional and on time. All 3 of our units are ready for a hot Texas summer and I’m glad to know I can trust Spring Branch in case any issues do arise.

I’m torn with this bc I really REALLY want to have a better experience and we almost did. Called Spring Branch A/C up because my home warranty contractor was trying to get us for an additional $1800 for some modifications and other fluff that mentioned with the correct terminology as “modifications” so the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Anyways I spoke with Chris about what I needed and he was very kind and reassuring about sending out his tech Erica to look at it and diagnose it. Erica was amazing and very thorough with explaining and showing us all her findings. She gave us an estimate and a day or two later we called Chris to negotiate a better price because we really wanted to keep our money inside the community. Junior and his assistant came over on a Saturday to perform the work and worked hard at it and even stayed past dark to complete it in such a tight space(closet unit). We live in a townhouse and we had our evaporator coil replaced, new float switch installed, drip leg installed, and condenser unit cleaned. I asked about the condenser cleaning before I paid and I was assured it was done. It was late and we had hungry guest visiting(the only reason we even fixed the ac, we really don’t use it normally) so I didn’t bother to check it since everybody on the team was so trusting and thorough with everything else. The next morning I got up and I was curious to check the condition of the condenser and it was still dirty with leaves all inside of it and still had dirt on the outside clogging it. So on Monday afternoon I gave Chris a called and talked to him about the condenser not being cleaned and he told me that he had to talk to his techs and he would give me a call. Now being I am a blue collar worker in the service industry myself I do understand that sometimes things get overlooked or something can go wrong so I wasn’t angry about it at all. Now where this experience changed it when Chris never called me back after he said he would and I gave a full week for him to reach back out. This was more hurtful than anything because it made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer and nothing was done and it seems like he didn’t care either about redeeming the situation. I don’t get it, a simple get your tech out there to correctly clean the condenser as you promised and get a customer for life seems like such a no brained especially since we were so easy to give them our business. I mean he stayed in contact before the repairs but left us hanging afterwards when I mentioned a quick and easy problem that was maintenance so my outside unit wouldn’t overwork and fail sooner than it should. Anyways, I guess we won’t be doing anymore business with Spring Branch AC and I really tried to reach out before writing this review because I hate writing negative reviews especially for small businesses but oh well.

Chris and his team are amazing people. I trust their integrity, their work ethic and their finished product. They helped my parents with some plumbing work during the freeze and found a way to fit them onto their incredibly busy schedule because they knew we needed help QUICK. Chris and his guys were working overtime/after hours, during that crazy time after the winter storm, trying to ensure all their customers were taken care of. It’s because they actually care and that’s hard to find these days, sadly. Thank you, guys! Y’all earned new clients for life

Always on time, always professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair and reasonable in costs. Marvin has saved our systems and saved us money too many times to count! Called this morning around 1130 after googling spring branch Tx AC. I have a property in spring branch Texas so I called the first hit that came up. When talking to them I gave them my address and was told that there should be someone there around 1:30-2:00 pm. Around 1:30 I got a call asking me to verify the address. I was told they typed it in their GPS and they would be here in 60-90 minutes. 90 minutes later I got a call from the company saying that they don’t service spring branch TX. They only service the Houston area. Extremely unprofessional, I was blow away that they had any reviews above a two star.

Erika came as scheduled and advised us in advance of arrival time. Very knowledgable and personable. Spring Branch AC has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. Refreshing to deal with a business that does what they say they will do and when they will do it, keeping you informed along the way.
