Spring Branch AC

The motor on our AC condenser had gone out and needed repair so I reached out Spring Branch AC about getting a warranty replacement. All they needed from me was some info about my motor so they could ensure they came prepared. They were great about keeping me updated and not only did they show up early, but were able to finish the repair before the time they initially set me up for! Great work guys!

5/2 Update: The manager said to ignore the text messages 12-2 pm (when I was unavailable and at work) because he would make the service visit prior to work in the 7:00am hour. The manager also reported the owner was a male named Chris. Have a new tankless from another company now.

Spring Brach came out to assess our system and found our supply plums needed to be replaced and our ducting needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Their quote was very reasonable for all the work. Once we approved the work, they were able to schedule for a next day start!!
We received a call before they arrived, making us aware of this arrival time. They covered our floors to ensure they were not damaged and or became dirty. They made all needed repairs and did a phenomenal job cleaning the ducts. I was so worried about debris and or dust due to the cleaning, there was none! I was beyond impressed.
I work in multi family and am always impressed with their work, pricing and quality of work completed!

Spring Branch Air was persistent in finding the cause of our recent A/C problems. The issue was illusive but our technician stuck with it and our system is now back to it’s old self.
