Very helpful in diagnosing my ac problem in the middle of the night. Very prompt also.

David Nieves was courteous to the extreme, checked out our system, made some vital assessments of our vent system and the star of our insulation. Absolutely no pressure. We chose to follow his recommendations.

Called this company to get a second opinion from what I had been told by another company. They (Chris) was very honest and was helpful with his information. I set an appointment for the next day and his crew arrived on time and ready to evaluate my system. They completed the service call as expected. We expect to replace or system soon and they will be doing that work. I would highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs.

I would highly recommend Spring Branch AC. Chris came out and diagnosed our system within 20 minutes of contacting him on a Saturday afternoon. Marvin and a crew of technicians arrived the following Monday morning and worked until late afternoon to make sure our system was running like new, probably better than new. Chris even went out of his way to pick up a critical replacement part that same day. Very professional, technically sound, experienced, honest, and hard working all the way around.

I thought that cleaning the air ducts was what was needed. The tech came, photographed the destruction that rodents had done to the ducts. Gave me a great quote. Another quick appointment was needed to inventory supplies needed to do the job. Install team came, removed old air ducts & replaced with new ones. My air works fantastic. They showed up on time. Did the job professionally. VERY pleased.

I want to give a HUGE thank you Spring Branch Air Conditioning and Heating, they saved us today!! Our AC stopped blowing cold air last night due to a bad run capacitor. We called very early this morning and asked to be fit in same day.
The tech called when he was headed our way, arrived before 11am and had everything diagnosed and fixed within an hour! Our techs names was Marvin and he was great! Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with! Having a 10 month old with no AC on Texas is not a fun place to be. Your truly saved us and made my day!!

We have had great experiences with Chris and his team. Chris and Erica both have been to our home for routine check-ups of our HVAC systems. The staff are always timely, show up in uniform, in the company truck and check-in ahead of arrival. I highly recommend using Spring Branch AC. I have not had any issues at all.
