My air-conditioning unit wasn’t working and I contacted them early in the morning. The customer service representative was very attentive and was able to get someone to my location within an hour. The Service specialist promptly called me and let me know his expected arrival time. He arrived exactly on time, he introduced himself he was very respectful and courteous. He was very open to all of my questions and very helpful with suggestions on how to upkeep my unit. I would definitely recommend this company again especially the service specialist Guillermo

We hire this company in summer 2019 to fix our HVAC unit, they send inexperienced and unqualified labors. They were here for 4 days 2 of those days past 11 pm trying to install and replace our unit. After 4 days and being very unsatisfied with their services, I finally contact the company owner, who acknowledge their poor service and offered the unit for free. However, they NEVER finish the installation and the system has not worked correctly at all. Now we have been several days with the Heating not working and I called an external technician since I was advised by the sales rep, that Rotex will not service our unit. It's very frustrating they did such a poor job, my family and I have been suffering from their poor workmanship and they don't even have the decency to repair their mistakes. I will never recommend this company to anyone!! Their service is poor. I don't want to think that this was because of discrimination. But it is definitely how it feels.
Be very careful with this company, since the owner would rather give away unit for free that fix their mistakes, so customers don't complain.
He also made my husband sign some paperwork that he and promise to bring us copies and the warranty of the unit and they never did.

Rotex A/C is everything you want in an HVAC company. They do great work, are honest and show up on time. I definitely recommend them.

In terms of more specifics: Rotex helped us replace both sets of our Lennox evaporator coils (with a brand that actually works...). One coil stopped working late last year, and the other just started leaking in the spring this year. In both instances, we had Rotex come out. Our technician (Eddy Torres) is just absolutely fantastic. On both jobs, he was responsive, professional and communicative about what he was doing and what the problems were. He was also very vigilant about making sure our warranty on the new coils got emailed to us.

The one thing I might note is that you might have to leave a message with the front office line, but they'll definitely call you back.

Personally I had a great experience with (Luis Fernando Echeverri) Rotex they were all very polite, and did a great job. My A/C is for sure way better since the second they turned it on.I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs better or new A/C system.

Rotex AC & Heating did the ducts, furnace, and insulation to my house. Mr. Luis Fernando Echavarría the sales person , came to my house , we did the application for the financing , and explain step by step what I was getting , guarantee , and the job . They finished the job on the time we agreed , I recommend Rotex , very happy with the job, very professional .
