Finally house is cool !! New system installed and insulation blown in attic can feel the difference . Juan Gonzalez came out to my home did a quick assessment and gave me options and reasonable price and his recommendations . Installers came on time , very professional and work was done quick and efficient,guys were very laid back and helpful and neat cleaned up . If you are looking to upgrade your hvac give these guys a call . Also fair finance options available

A/C stopped blowing cold air and I immediately called Rotex from a friend referral. They were able to come out the same day to see what the issue was. Technician was very informative and offered me a few options. After choosing what I wanted to be done, the technician ordered the necessary part and was back the next day for the repair. Price was VERY reasonable but more than anything, the professionalism within the company itself, has no comparison to anything I’ve ever experienced! Thank you Rotex!!

I just had a new HVAC system installed by Rotex Air Conditioning. Their rep is Miquel and I am beyond pleased. Miquel came in after inspecting my current system and spent time explaining my options and the procedure. Wendy, at the office, answered related questions proficiently. The crew had it installed in a day with little disruption to my home. Rotex was knowledgeable, professional, and displayed expertise in their work. Everything was left clean and in order. Miquel came to start and to check the completion. Service was “over the top” and you don’t get this much today. Thank you Miquel and Rotex!

My A/C stopped working ,called the company and made appointment with Miguel ,he arrived on time and promptly inspected the system.He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to the level of my understanding. Miguel came over to our house and was very detailed on the types of AC and services he uses. Once we decided on what we wanted the workers came in the morning and did an outstanding job. They where very clean organized and where able to explain any questions I had. Durning the installation Miguel also came to make sure everything was in order and going according to schedule. Miguel and his crew installed our new AC this week. Very respectful and great crew! Miguel was patient with my husband and I and did not push us to go with the company. That was a selling point for us because we did not feel forced! Our home is cool and so much more comfortable and the best part is they were able to get the big job done in one day.
