What can I say, this company was great to work with. Big shout out to Miguel and his crew! I had both A/C heating units replaced with new. What a professional job these guys did from start to finish. Showed up on time, professional, knowledgeable, polite. first time I have ever hired a company that actually delivered on what they said they would do! I got different quotes from different companies and Rotex was the one offering more for a fair price. Then the service I got was over the top. Oscar was so good at explaining what needed to be done, answering all of my questions and personalizing the plan according to my needs and the architecture of my home. I got the best quote, best service, best payment installments. Everyone was nice to me, from the girl on the phone to Oscar, to the guys who came and installed the unit and ducts, also the guy who came later to install the insulation. Very clean and fast job, they were super professional too, respectful when coming in and out of my house. Another thing I loved is that they respected every scheduled appointments, they were always on time. I could not recommend this company more! Trustworthy. Now I’m enjoying my shiny new HVAC system to keep my family warm.

My experience from beginning to end was great! First and foremost they sent over a consultant, Luis, and he was very knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to know about my next steps into the process. That was a big part in my decision to go forward and give them my business. I replaced my entire ac system and during that process he sent over his crew and the crew of guys working were incredibly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. They did an amazing job. Once they finished they explained everything they did from start to finish. They answered any questions I had and before leaving asked if I had any other remaining questions or concerns. They also reassured me that if I had any issues or questions later on to not hesitate and contact them. They gave me names of whom I could speak to. Even after that Luis came by the next day to go over the work the guys did to ensure the best quality and service. Everything about this experience surpassed my expectations and I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!
