After getting the run around from several HVAC companies I finally decided to give Rotex a try. Miguel came out and didn't waste my time and gave me a quote that beat every other quote I received. The installation crew were very professional and worked tirelessly to get our A/C up and running again. Highly recommend Rotex to anyone needing their air conditioning running again.

We called Wendy for service and at first we couldn't find the solution, and it was a bit frustrating, but then she went above and beyond to get our AC back up and running as it should within 48 hours. I hired Rotex AC and Heating to replace our ducts, evaporator, and furnace – basically everything in our attic – and my husband and I could not be happier with the work. The price was very reasonable and Miguel and his crew were great to work with. I really appreciated their attention to detail. They even took care of a couple of small things that weren’t part of the work we originally discussed, and after the work was finished, Miguel explained to me how we could maintain it easily ourselves. As a bonus, they moved the equipment and tied the ducts to the rafters so that we got a lot more attic access. I’d hire them again!

I was so surprised... they show up at the time schedule. Very professional workers, polite, answered all my questions, cleaned after themselves, and it didn't take him long hours to finish the job. Customer service was very helpful you could tell that she is very knowledge of how air condition works and what needs to be done.
