The service tech, John, showed up and did not properly diagnose the issue. He poured water in an area in our system where there should NEVER be water poured. Fortunately, it did not break something else but I would have assumed with a company being in business for any length of time, they would have technicians that can perform the job. If the technician is not knowledgeable of the system, they should state that and move on. Instead, he took several pictures and stated he would present to his manager and follow up. This was over a week ago with NO phone call and NO follow up. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company for your AC needs.

What a great company! They were on time and fixed any small problems in a timely manner. We replaced an old unit and they performed the install quickly. They stand by their work. Honesty is what makes this company great. Buy from these guys.

They were able to make it same-day to look at my heater after Houston dove into the 20's. This was your typical "I don't know what's going on" call, but they were able to show up, assess, and fix my issue. (Turns out the builder of my house had the Lyric thermostat hooked up incorrectly and it would only cool the house and not heat it.)

Long story short, the reason I wanted to leave a review was that the gentlemen who showed up accidentally tracked some bits of insulation into the house. After he noticed he got down and picked up every little piece by hand. I only know this because I walked around the corner and saw him picking it all up. It's the little things that make a person and a company noteworthy. His actions were one of them. I will be using Quality Air again for any of my future needs.

We’ve used them for over 30 years. I’m our other built in 1938, they put in vents down stairs and replaced the ancient ac in the attic with a new unit. She moved to this house, they put in a new air conditioning & heating unit.

We are pleased with our new Rudd 5 ton unit. And the 3-ton Rudd unit you installed several years ago is back working very well after a drain problem was fixed. Our experience with Quality Air has been above average.
The drain situation. It is stupid that houses are built with inadequate AC drain lines. Not Quality Air's fault. We are both retired and shouldn't have to climb up in the attic several times a month to Clorox the silly drains.

Mack, Ricky and Melvin provided great, timely and friendly service to my mother, Kwen Chu, when her air conditioning system went out in very hot weather. They are great representatives for your company. Give them all raises!

I have used quality air for years.... they are always spot on and the repairs are done fast and accurate ( they do not misdiagnose and practice their skills on my system)... I would always recommend them their prices are fair and I have never had to call them back complaining about the jobs they perform... Ricky came out this time and was excellent but all of their service personnel are excellent...
