1 Hour Heating and AC tried to charge me $1,250 for a new circuit board. I had John from Quality Air out to check it out. He was able to identify the problem, which ended up actually not being the circuit board and get our AC up and running for a tiny fraction of the price. Will definitely use Quality Air again when we eventually replace the whole system.

We have been using Quality Air for our air conditioning needs for several years and have been thoroughly pleased with them. Their technicians are personable and very knowledgeable. A few months ago we had a new system installed and even though it must have been at least 120 degrees in our attic, they got it in and we now have a cool upstairs again. This past weekend, our older unit quit working. I called their emergency number and talked to Greg. He came to our house the next morning and had the unit up and running in no time even though it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them and everyone of their employees.

I have used Quality Air for several years. They maintained my old units and installed both AC and heating units during the last five years. All of their staff have always been friendly, helpful and competent. Ricky did a typical great job explaining what they were doing and why.

My husband made the appointment for 05/16/2022 and the time they give was 12-4pm and is 4 pm and they didn't come, i had to take the day off for this and wasting customer time.
I called several time to know what time are you going to come for the service and you just don't know, only "the technician is going to be there between 12-4pm" .
And then you said you tried to contact me after 4 pm to send the technician, just excuses for bad service.

Ricky and Ethan serviced our A/C in our Freeport home. They were prompt, professional and friendly. And they cleaned up! Ricky showed me pictures of my coils and also showed me the old part that was replaced. They were very thorough and honest and I will always use them in the future.
