Quality Air Houston

Quality Air has been my AC / heat company for several years. They are honest and do wonderful complete work. Never had AC checks done as thorough until I began using them. Awesome company and John.my tech today was just as awesome. I've referred to neighbors even, and as I rule I dont refer companies to friends or neighbors for fear theyll disappoint. I'm not afraid to refer Quality to anyone. Great job as usual guys. Pat Tracey

Ricky did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was doing and did great
checking out the .heater. He then told me that it was doing fine and why it was. He also put in a new filter that was left from the last time I had service with you guys. He was respectful,courteous and efficient. I told him I would recommend him to others . Thanks for such good service.

Our technician, John, arrived at the appropriate time, introduced himself and proceeded with a check of our HVAC system. He was polite and informed us of what he was doing. Our Fall 'check-up' went well. We've used Quality Air for a few seasons now and are satisfied with them

Have used Quality Air for over 10 years and they have always done their best to get the AC up and running quickly. My family had Brand x AC co evaluate & let me know repair was very expensive ir replace and I recommended Quality air and they repairs system for a couple hundred $$. I TRUST this co!!

We had an issue that looked to be a very expensive fix. Our technician, Greg Brewer, troubleshooted the issue and discovered we had a faulty thermostat. With the thermostat being less than 90 days old he advised us to go to our supplier and exchange the defective thermostat.

While here Great also cleaned up a couple of hanging wire issues.

Pricing was extremely fair, service top flight. I highly recommend Quality Air -A/C and Heating Company.

John completed the repairs to my A/C unit in the heat of summer! What a great technician! My A/C is cooling great. Quality Air works to make the customer happy each time...great customer service! Can’t say enough good things about them!

The Quality Air Team leads both Ricky and Greg Jr. were very professional and knowledgeable in the very extensive replacement of my entire AC System, outside unit, furnace, thermostats in a two story / two zone system. Several replacements and re-routes of my attic ductwork also had to be done upstairs. Cloth drops were used to protect my floors And the Workers even swept and vacuumed all the carpets and floors to pick up any left over particles! A Bonus! They took the time to show me the way the system works and how to tie my phone to the thermostats while away on vacation.
The entire team was always very gracious and worked consistently to complete the Job within 1-1/2 days. I’ve used Quality Air for over the past 39 years and will continue to keep this team as my AC Contractor for years to come!

Quality Air had maintained my a/c for a few years, and when they came out this year they said it was time to replace the unit for two reasons:
1.) the R22 freon it used is going to become hard to find after Dec 31, 2019 due to recent U.S. regulations, and 2.) the coil was covered in dog hair from years of having long haired dogs, and the expense to clean it was high.
They came out three times helping us decide what to do and keeping our old system running until we could get a new one in place.
When they installed the new system, they showed up in the morning and worked until it was installed around 4:00. This included installing the air handler in the attic. They installed the new thermostat and showed me how it worked. I felt like I knew what I was doing with the new system before they left.
Everyone was professional the entire time, even when they got hot in the attic. Every employee I worked with used my formal name, the three installers asked permission to use the bathroom and they cleaned up after themselves. They each made sure that I was happy with the house and shook my hand before they left. I couldn't be more pleased!

We have used Quality Air for years. They are very professional and have always taken great care of our air and heating systems. Very honest and fair. I would never call any other company.

John Maerz did a springtime check up on my air conditioning unit. He repaired a leak in my duct work, added bleach to clean lines, replaced air filters in addition to checking and cleaning unit. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Quality Air.
