Marco and Hector were fantastic! They kept me informed of everything they were doing. And when you are a single woman owning your own home this is a very important thing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I have already inquired about upgrading my thermostat, And I can't imagine anyone else helping me do that but Punbar Air.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and know nothing about HVAC units. The seller told us that Punbar had installed the unit, so I called them when the inspection report found an issue. They knew all about the system and came out the morning after I called. Hector and Marco fixed the issue quickly and then educated me all about our units, how to maintain them, and signs to lookout for to know if it needs repair. I'm so thankful that they took the time to help me. We'll be a Punbar customer for the long haul!
