They arrived on time and efficiently tore out our old ducts and installed new ones. Ron did a great job of keeping me informed what was happening and explaining why it was necessary. We are very happy with the job done.

Jose and Ismael faced a challenge since my units were off ground (floating at the exterior second level of a townhome) and on top of that was a rainy day, they were able to efficiently get the job done. Very knowledgable!

If your not using Punbar Air for your HVAC you are probably getting less than excellent service. These guys are true experts in this field. I always use them and expect to always use them. Just the best.

The best company in town when you need an AC service. Top quality customer service. Punbar technicians are very professional and conduct their business accordingly. Their AC reports are clear en very self-explanatory. I had to change the AC, and they did a great job. They are one step ahead from the competitors. I absolutely recommend them.

I’ve used Punbar services about 5 times in 3 different housed I owned. What’s great about it? service and technical expertise. I’m an engineer and talking to a company that knows how to explain me the technical details of their work is awesome. Engineering sound solutions, from balancing the heat transfer in the house, to HVAC units troubleshooting. Never had to call for a recurring issue, meaning that you can rest assure the issue is solved. Beyond the unit performance, there’s always a personal touch in the tip of their nose to ensure the air in your house is always clean.

Has a great experience with Gustavo Chirinos from Punbar. He was very professional, answered all my questions and fixed an AC issue that I had on time!

After the initial Comfort Evaluation confirmed that my AC system was not working properly (validated through data and graphics) and that the original design of the ducting caused condensation and water dripping issues (that I knew due water stains on the ceiling and oxide marks on the equipment), they found a solution that adjusted to my budget and after a loooong day of work, they installed new ducting, added a new return, new vents and solved all the problems of the system. I felt the change the very first night, and then again it was validated through data.

The team was always very respectful, professional, answered all my questions and cleaned everything after they were done. They asked me permission to work until late in the afternoon to have everything done in one day (they arrived at 7.45 am!) which we appreciated very much and allowed them to do it. I really recommend them. Is not easy to find a service provider that can validate their work from an engineering point of view, which Punbar excelled at!. Hands down the best AC Solution company around.
