Great service as always. Very responsive and right on time. Technician gave me all the details of the issue and it was very easy to understand. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

at 9:15 PM I noticed my air conditioner was not working I called Punbar air-conditioning to get in line for a appointment today. I got an email within 30 minutes stating that Gustavo would be out today at 8 o’clock to 830. At 7:30 this morning I received a text stating Gustavo was on his way. Gustavo quickly diagnose the problem and got my air conditioning back up and running. I would definitely recommend Punbar and Gustavo.

My AC went out and the Punbar crew showed up on time to replace my old unit. They were informative and great to work with, and even cleaned up after themselves. I will gladly use them in the future.

Leo was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed our issue with the bedroom temperature in a very timely manner and we are sleeping in comfort now.

Working with Punbar Air was a pleasure. When my appointments were made for an inspection and repairs, I received text messages letting me know who the technicians were going to be and what time they would be arriving. They arrived exactly on-time and ready to work the moment they rang the bell. After inspection I was shown a very detailed report and they stayed with me to answer all of my questions on the spot. They were very knowledgable on the topic of HVAC and all related things. I was given multiple quotes based on my budget and they were all reasonably priced. The techs were able to break all of the work down line by line to let me know exactly what to expect. I enjoyed working with the whole staff and pleased to be able to build a good relationship with a local business that I plan to have on speed dial for as long as I continue living in Houston. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in Houston and needs HVAC work done. 5/5, 10-stars, two-thumbs up.
