I recommend this company 100%, they replaced the condenser and evaporator coil and now the A/C system is working perfectly. They did an awesome job. The whole process was pretty smooth, they explained everything really well and I got a good price. I like their professionalism, responsibility and how it was solved the issue in a proper timely manner. if you are looking for a truly expert in A/C, Punbar Air is the answer!

Hector was polite, responsive and on time. He came out initially to fix an emergency situation. After that was solved, he advised of several other issues and the current severity of them. At no point did I feel pressured to do additional services, and he was more than willing to walk and talk me through all his suggestions. Pricing felt very reasonable.

1. I called telling them about my A/C problem and they were at my house within an hour. I had already called the people but they told me I had to wait a few hours for them to come to my house.

2. The technician pinpointed the source of the problem, explained to me in clear terms, and fixed it quickly without acting like an used car salesman (exaggerating, lying, etc)

3. The price was fair for the part being replaced, the prompt service, and the straightforward explanations

I had a wonderful experience with this company, just as the person who gave me their number said it would happen, so I pass along my recommendation to whomever needs their services

Ronald and his team are excellent. I have used many different A/C companies over the years and Punbar Air is truly the best. Ronald spent a great deal of time explaining my options, answering my questions and in the end exceeded my expectations. Best customer service in the industry. And by far, most knowledgeable also.

We have used several different heating and a/c companies over the years. Some good some not so good. When it came time to replace our a/c we went with Punbar Air. Ronald is terrific. He spent a great deal of time inspecting our current system and advised us of our best options, with no pressure. He took care to answer all of our questions.
On the day of the installation, they arrived early and, worked in a super hot attic. They redid the duct work to maximize comfort. They worked long and hard and got everything wrapped up beautifully.
For those who are concerned, as we are, about the spread of COVID 19, Ronald and his crew wore masks and respected social distancing.
