P & M Air Conditioning and Heating

I called P&M with a problem after 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and they were still able to get someone to come to my house the same day to check out my system. They are dedicated to their customers.

I do not give out compliments easily, but P & M is the very best HAVC firm in the Greater Houston Area. Reasonable prices, prompt and personal attention (including willingness to work with MY schedule), expert installation and repair. I would not trust anyone else to handle our HAVC needs. If you are not a customer, you should be.

Very professional, they took care of my AC unit almost immediately. The technician took all the Covid precautions before entering the house, very respectful, explain everything and answer all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the service provide.

Contractor was able to come the same day when my AC went out. The fan had gone out on the AC unit and he was not able to fix it same day, so he brought his own personal portable AC unit to my house for me to use until they could replace my fan. Going above and beyond.

The person I talked to was in my opinion extremely competent. She listened well and immediately took care of my request. In addition the way in which she talked with me left me feeling very satisfied with the interaction.

They are wonderful. They come on time, take care of the problem and leave your house clean.
