I cannot say how secure I am with this company. Over the last 5 or more years they continue to shock me as to their thoroughness, their transparency, and their professionalism. When anyone (in this case Robert the technician) has left my house from P&M I've never felt more secure that my system is in exactly the shape they've discussed with me. In this case, very good shape, cleaned and maintained extremely well. I would do a commercial for this group and I don't feel that way about many, if any services that I get in my home.

Can’t say enough positive feedback! From the initial call to the actual service, everything was perfect! Robert met with me today and he knew very quickly why my heat was not working. He explained everything in a way that I could totally understand and he was ver professional and polite and extremely helpful. I’m definitely sticking with this company if a problem should arise with my A/C unit in the future. I definitely recommend this company.

I called them in the morning and they immediately made an appointment for me for that day. What I liked is they said they would call you 30 minutes before they arrived and sure enough they do call you.The tech went over and serviced the AC quickly and efficiently. Cost was very reasonable. I will use them again for any issues.

I'm writing on behalf of my organization, Houston Professional Musicians Association, and we have been a client of P & M since they installed our commercial HVAC system in 2013. (That's why I included so many categories of service-- we've had it ALL over the course of almost 10 years...) Way back then, the management of our organization had P& M install our HVAC system, two commercial units. Through the years, their prices have gone through the roof, but we stayed on because we felt it was prudent to "dance with the guy that brung ya". NO MORE. Yesterday, they charged us $195 for a $20 float sensor PLUS a really high service charge fee. To replace one $20 float sensor, the bill was $373.46. When I called to speak with the service manager, he was belligerent from the get-go. He offered to cut a mere $50 of the total bill, and told me that I was accusing him of lying, which I most certainly did NOT. He told me that if I feel the need to go elsewhere, go ahead. So we will.

If I could give them less than one star, I would-- but actually, one star is okay because I LOVED the service tech we had. We finally had found the one who was trustworthy and did a superb job. My problem was not with him; it is now with the attitude of his superiors.

If you have money to burn, and particularly love being talked down to by the management, this is definitely the company for you.

Called in the afternoon and tech arrived before 5pm. I have been using P&M for all my investment properties for AC service and have no complaints. Always available for service call.

Run, do not walk. By far the most unprofessional, unethical company I have ever dealt with - and that includes the con artist that quoted me 30,000$ without even looking in my attic (separate company). The "girls" at the front (call center) are unhelpful, petty, condescending, and downright rude. Continued to contact a separate individual with zero connection to my home (other than his initial referral) for appointment follow-ups, notices that a tech was on the way (and then tried charging me no-show fees when i was never contacted to begin with), and never once explained to me the problem or what they had tried to do to fix it. In the end, I was stuck in a home at 95+ degrees for over a week, waiting 5+ hours a day for no one to ever arrive - and then berated and blamed for it....and billed. Also went into my home when I was not there, and I still do not know what occurred beyond the video footage my Ring captured. The only plus - Marshall was outstanding, ethical, and seemed very honest. Would 1000% refer and hope to work with if he ever left this crooked company. Still in total shock by all that took place. Simply awful.
