Enerfficient Solutions LLC

I have been wanting to connect my HVAC to HomeKit for years but my Carrier system uses a propritory wiring and 3rd party thermostats were not compatible. I've called Carrier, Nest, Ecobee and checked the forums and websites with very little info as to how this can be done. Enerfficient Solutions was able to rework the wiring and get the system running, made sure it was working and answered any questions. The next morning they called and asked to come back out because they had done some addition research and wanted to make sure that the two stage outside unit was wired correctly. the system appears to be working and I probably would not have know if this was an issue but it was nice to know that they weren't satisfied that the system "worked" but that it was working on all levels.
Update - Tech came back out and said he did additional research on my two speed system and that he needed to run another wire from the unit to the thermostat to get the system to run at peak efficiency. it took him about 45 minutes at which point he said the system now runs at both speeds and that I should see more efficient cooling. No charge for the additional work. I think many service techs would have left it and hoped I never knew the difference. The honesty and thoroughness was impressive. Will use them again for any future HVAC needs.
